FLEX Pro is an introduction and enquiry service. Studios discover professionals and send an enquiry; professionals hold a paid profile and receive qualified requests. FLEX Pro is not an agency, employment business or booking agent. Professionals handle their own bookings, contracts and terms.

Every first profile is reviewed before publication. A FLEX Reviewed badge has a narrow, published meaning and never implies FLEX guarantees teaching quality. Studios and professionals remain responsible for their own DBS checks, insurance, right-to-work checks, risk assessments and safeguarding arrangements — we state clearly who is responsible for what. An open marketplace
FLEX Pro is open to join. Anyone with relevant performance, creative or teaching experience can create a profile, add their credits and get discovered by studios — no invite, no agent, no inside contact required.
