Terms of Service

The terms on which FLEX Pro is provided to studios and professionals.

Last updated 17 September 2026

FLEX Pro is an introduction and enquiry service — not an agency, employment business or booking agent. These terms distinguish that service from any agency or booking-agent model.

1. What FLEX Pro is

FLEX Pro connects studios ("Studios") with professional dancers, choreographers and teachers ("Professionals"). Studios discover Professionals and send enquiries; Professionals hold a paid profile and receive enquiries. FLEX does not employ Professionals, does not act as their agent, and is not party to any engagement, booking or contract agreed between a Studio and a Professional.

2. Enquiries and bookings

An enquiry is an introduction only. Any booking, fee, contract, cancellation term, travel arrangement and payment is agreed directly between the Studio and the Professional. FLEX is not responsible for the conduct, quality, availability or safety of any Professional or Studio.

3. Professional memberships

Professionals may purchase a membership to publish a profile. Pricing, VAT, billing frequency, renewal and cancellation terms are shown before purchase. Profile visibility during failed payment, cancellation or at the end of a billing period is set out at sign-up.

4. Content, rights and claims

Professionals confirm they hold the rights to all uploaded material (headshots, video, music, show logos and promotional assets) and that any credit is factual. A credit does not imply endorsement or affiliation. Logos are shown only with permission, or a text-only credit is used.

5. Verification and safeguarding

FLEX reviews first profiles before publication. A FLEX Reviewed badge has a narrow, published meaning and does not guarantee teaching quality. Studios and Professionals remain responsible for DBS checks, insurance, right-to-work checks, risk assessments and safeguarding — see our safeguarding page.

6. Acceptable use

Use of FLEX Pro is subject to our acceptable use policy. We may suspend or remove profiles or accounts that breach these terms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FLEX is not liable for losses arising from an introduction, enquiry or engagement between a Studio and a Professional. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will publish the current version here. Questions? See contact.
