The standards everyone using FLEX Pro agrees to.

FLEX Pro works because profiles and enquiries are honest, respectful and safe. By using FLEX you agree to these standards.
Be accurate
- Represent your teaching, credits and credentials truthfully.
- Only upload media and logos you have the rights to use. A credit must be factual; logos need permission or a text-only credit.
- Do not use branded programme names (for example "Zumba") as generic categories without the relevant licence — use "Dance Fitness" or "Latin-led cardio dance".
Be safe and respectful
- No harassment, discrimination or abusive conduct toward Studios, Professionals or FLEX staff.
- Content featuring anyone under 18 requires appropriate permissions and stricter review.
- No spam, scraping, or misuse of enquiry channels.
Enforcement
We may review, suspend or remove profiles, enquiries or accounts that breach these standards, and operate reporting and complaints processes — see complaints.
